About the North German Camping Day

The North German Camping Day is organised by six state campsites:
Federal Association of the Camping Industry in Germany Land Brandenburg e.V. (BVCD-BB e.V.), Federal Association of Camping Economics in Germany / Landesverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V. (BVCD/MV e.V.), Federal Association of Camping Economics in Germany – Landesverband Niedersachsen e.V. (BVCD-NI e.V.), Federal Association of the Camping Economy in Germany – State Association of North Rhine-Westphalia e.V. (BVCD-NRW), Federal Association of Camping Economics in Germany (BVCD-SA e.V.) and Federal Association of the Camping Economy in Germany – Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e.V. (BVCD-SH e.V.).

In addition to the members of the six state camping associations, the conference also brings together companies from other federal states. They are all invited to participate, share discuss and share experiences with colleagues. An extensive trade exhibition frames the event.



The congress will be held at the end of November/beginning of December in the annual change in the six federal states. The previous events took place in 2015 in Rostock-Warnemünde (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), in 2016 in Celle (Lower Saxony), in 2017 in Husum (Schleswig-Holstein), in 2018 in Potsdam (Brandenburg), in 2019 in Dortmund (North Westphalia), 2021 in Magdeburg (Saxony-Anhalt), in 2022 in Lübeck Travemünde (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) and 2023 in Wolfsburg (Lower Saxony). The 2020 presence event was cancelled due to the corona detachment and took place in digital form as a "Virtual NCT". The host for 2024 is the Landesverband Brandenburg e.V..
